  • Providing physical documents, including: mailing pre cruise itineraries, luggage tags and promotional items.

  • Business Data and Analysis, including: data collected via email, text, phone, social media platforms, through our website via cookies and hosting platform Wix (the majority of website browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer to remove and to reject cookies, you can adjust those settings in your browser. If you choose to remove or reject cookies, some of our website and web services may me unavailable for use).

  • Disclosing information to legal entities, including: release of personal information required by law, law enforcement agencies, government agencies, regulations, legal proceedings. Release of personal information when defending and exercising our legal rights. Release of personal information when we identify potential or confirmed illegal activity.


Luxury Corporate Travel LLC will never rent, barter or sell your personal information to third party advertisers. We reserve the right to transfer your information if a company ownership transfer, liquidation, or reorganization, occurs. We will only share and exchange your information as defined above in this privacy policy, which allows us to adequately run our business and provide our services to you.
